We specialize in the manufacture of a wide range of equipment, including Air Receivers, Tow Cans, Surge Tanks, HVAC Ducts, Dry Cyclones, Dryer Exhaust Ducts, Hoppers, Storage Tanks, and Base Plates. Our expertise extends to continuous process equipment crafted from stainless steel, boiler-quality, and other exotic metals, along with all types of structural fabrication. We comply with various industry codes of conformance, including ASME Sec. VIII & IX, IS, DIN, and adhere to welder qualification procedures such as WPS, PQR, and WPQ.
Ultrasonic Testing This technique uses high-frequency sound waves to detect flaws in materials. It helps locate internal defects, measure thickness, and ensure structural integrity without damaging the component.
Radiography. Radiographic testing involves using X-rays or gamma rays to capture images of the internal structure of components, identifying cracks, voids, or other defects within welds and materials.
Dye Penetrant (DP). In this method, a liquid dye is applied to the surface of the material, which seeps into any cracks or defects. A developer is then applied to reveal visible defects on the surface.
Hydrotesting. This method involves filling a vessel or pipe with water (or another liquid) and pressurizing it to check for leaks or structural weaknesses, ensuring the component's ability to withstand its designed pressure.
